1 - LEGAL NOTICE
In compliance with Law 31/2002 of July 11th about services regarding telecommunications and electronic commerce, the present Legal Notice and General Conditions that regulate  the internet use of all portal sites operated by Infotrans, s.l., hereinafter, MULTICHANNEL PLATAFORM or (MP), which are at the disposal of internet Users, facilitating them the access and utilization of services and contents, either of its property or third parties', which consist of areas dedicated to general public and free of charge, plus areas of restricted use and/or by payment for specific Users.

The company Infotrans, s.l. is owner and operator of all present portal sites or others in the future that are integrated in the (MP).

Infotrans, s.l. is registered in the Madrid Registration Office on October the 9th, 1990, Sheet number 86, Book 368 and Page 7232.

All notices made by (MP) Users will be considered as valid, providing that, same are sent by anyone through these means:
- By ordinary mails to: Infotrans, s.l., Paseo de Móstoles, 41 - 1º A, 28935 Móstoles - Madrid (Spain)
- By email to: gerencia@infotrans.es.

The present Legal Notice and any relationship that might be established between Infotrans, s.l. and Users, shall be legally governed and construed by the Spanish Law.

Users warrant and confirm that they have the capacity to be bound by the compliance of these Legal Notice and General Conditions and are at least 18 years old. If so, Users shall be requested by Infotrans, s.l. to accept payment for damages and hold Infotrans, s.l. harmless from the responsibility of any claim and subsequent expenses including reasonable legal charges related to Users' incompliance.

2 - MULTICHANNEL PLATAFORM (MP)
It consists of 15 thematic areas, the contents and services of which, are related to: Logistics and Transportation, Automotive, Public Transport and Mobility, plus Travel and Tourism. All portal sites include a directory-guide with over 50.000 companies in Spain, Portugal and Andorra, as well as in most of the countries in the 5 continents through its international portal sites. These areas are:

Any portal site en the (MP) might contain: links to other webs owned by sponsors or third parties (external webs), which might be co-branded by Infotrans, s.l. and/or banners for purchase-sales of products or services belonging to third parties or other groups. Any discrepancy or legal demand about contracts related thereon shall be the exclusive responsibility between Users and those third parties.

3 - USE OF MULTICHANNEL PLATFORM (MP)
The access and/or use by anyone of the portal sites in the (MP) obliges Users their full acceptance of present conditions of use, as well as those specifically outlined for other special contents, free of charge ones or by payment, which will be considered as complementary to above and accepted by the simple fact of becoming Users and subject to the following rules:

- Any page in the (MP) may be visited free by Users excluding those in closed areas subject to username and password or online registration by Users as specifically mentioned in the regulatory conditions.

- Information giving in by Users through registration facilities in the (MP) shall be true. Therefore, Users guarantee the authenticity of data given in order to use any services, so (MP) will reserve its rights for validation.

- Any portal site in the (MP) may be sponsored by Entities, Associations or advertisers whose names and/or logos should appear on any of the portal sites and directly accessible with a link to the sponsor's web.

- Users jeopardize themselves to utilize the (MP) in good faith, the generally accepted use and public order. Furthermore, it is strictly prohibited to use the (MP) aiming to illicit and lesive effects of any nature against it and/or third parties, or cause damage or misfunctioning of the (MP).

4 - INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
The intellectual and industrial rights for property of the (MP), such as: designs, navigation structure, arrangements, database, code source, programming, texts, graphics, logos, images and the different elements that compose it, are of Infotrans, s.l.' property exclusively, or the physical/juridical person to which the rights for exploitation belongs, as well as the copyrights, distribution, public communication and transformation.

Infotrans, s.l. holds the faculty, at any time and without a previous notice, to carry out any changes and/or updating of any information contained in the (MP), as well as its modernization and design and consequently of any specific conditions of use.

The legitimacy rights of intellectual and industrial property with regard to contents approved by third parties is of the exclusive responsibility of same, as well as those references about products and services belonging to third parties and Infotrans, s.l. as a partner. The real property will be acknowledged to the holder of the intellectual and industrial rights.

By the simple fact Users will access to the (MP), it is not to be understood that neither any right for exploitation of same has been granted at present, nor in the future to Users. Access will be authorized by Infotrans, s.l. for an strictly correct use of the (MP).

The unauthorized utilization of any information contained in the (MP), its resale as well as transfer of rights of intellectual and industrial property that could be of Infotrans, s.l. ownership, shall be subject to prosecution as legally established.

5 - LIMITATION OF RESPONSABILITIES
The access to the (MP) and the use made of any information contained in it is to the exclusive responsibility of Users. Infotrans, s.l. shall not be held liable for any consequences, damage, or harm that might derive from above mentioned malpractice in using the information. Consequently, Infotrans, s.l. will neither be responsible for any possible security errors that might result therefore, nor for possible damage to the informatics system (hardware/software) and nor for the files or stored documents under the presence of any computer viruses used to connect with the services in the (MP), and/or misfunctioning of the explorer system or unupdated versions of same.

Furthermore Infotrans, s.l. will not be responsible for any damage or harm of any nature that could be a consequence as follows:

- The transmission, diffusion, storage, reception, disposition or access to contents.

- The correct functioning of technical devices, such as: banners, bottoms, directory-guides or searching tools which allow Users to access web sites which belong to/are exploited by third parties. The installation of technical devices is pretended for facilitating Users, search and access to contents and information existing in internet.

- The quality, legality, trustworthiness and utility of the information and contents existing in the (MP).

- The utilization of services and contents by Users or because of trustless, urgency, exhaustively and/or authenticity of the information Users provide to other Users.

- Infotrans, s.l shall neither guarantee the nonexistence of interruptions or errors in the (MP) or its contents, nor will they be always updated. In any case, Infotrans, s.l will endeavor to solve any errors, reestablish communications, update contents, as long as there will not be causes that make it difficult or impossible and as soon as those problems are brought to attention of Infotrans.

6 - HYPERLINKS
Users and any other person with the intention of establishing a hyperlink between their web and the (MP) shall comply with the following conditions.

- The hyperlink will only permit to access to the home page of any of the portal sites in the (MP) but not its reproduction at any rate.

- No false, inexact or incorrect indications or definitions shall be made about the (MP) or supplied services.

- Users shall not give out to understand by any means that Infotrans, s.l has endorsed or approved a hyperlink or assumed in  any form the offered services or set at the disposal of, from the web the hyperlink is to be made.

- With the exception of the signs being a part of the hyperlink, the web in which the hyperlink is to be made, shall  not contain any official sign accepted by present legislation, the property of which lies in Infotrans, s.l. (see MP) except when Users have specifically been authorized in writing.

- The web in which the hyperlink is made, neither will contain information against third parties' rights, nor shall it contain information or illegal contents against morality or generally accepted custom and public order.

7 - DATA PROTECTION
For the use of specific services offered by Infotrans, s.l. through the (MP), all Users will be requested to provide personal and/or company details.

According to Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13th, regarding the protection of personal information, Infotrans, s.l. informs that the given data will be included in an information file which belongs to same, the address of which is: 28935 Móstoles, Madrid (Spain), Avda. Móstoles, 41 - 1º A, with the only purpose of facilitating the development, fulfillment, and control of any relation derived from the services performed by Infotrans, s.l., as well as  sending information and publicity by mail or any other way about Infotrans, s.l.' services that could be of interest to Users.

Once the service has been concluded as requested by Users, the registered Users' information will be stored in Infotrans, s.l.' database with the only aim to continue offering its products and services.

Any other use or data communications to third parties will be submitted to the clients to be requested for the corresponding consent.

In the case, the registered Users would not wish to receive any more information from Infotrans, s.l. to their registered email; it should only be requested by email to: gerencia@infotrans.es.

Likewise, Infotrans, s.l. may be informed by Users in order to exercise the rights of access rectification, cancellation and opposition by means of ordinary mail to: Infotrans, s.l., Paseo de Móstoles, 41 - 1º A, 28935 Móstoles, Madrid (Spain).

Users will exercise their previously mentioned rights by providing the following details:
- Name, Surnames and Photocopy of Identity Card or Passport.
- Explanation on which request is made.
- Address for notifications.

The unauthorized utilization of contents in the (MP), its resale, as well as  the rights damages of the intellectual or industrial property that might correspond to Infotrans, s.l., shall produce the legally established responsibilities.

8 - COMMUNICATIONS AND NOTIFICATIONS
All communications made by Users or third parties to Infotrans, s.l. will always be considered effective, provides that same are addressed in the following forms:
- Ordinary mail to: Infotrans, s.l., Paseo de Móstoles, 41 - 1º A - 28935 Móstoles - Madrid (Spain)
- By email to: gerencia@infotrans.es

9 - APPLICABLE LEGISLATION
In the case an article of the present Legal Notice and General Conditions might be invalidated for any reason, legal or inapplicable by a competent Court of Jurisdiction, the above mentioned article at any time shall not be applicable; nevertheless, it shall not concern the validity and applicability of any other article contained in the rest of the Legal Notice and General Conditions as a whole.

The omission by Infotrans, s.l. as to the exercising of its rights according to the Legal Notice and General Conditions, will not signify a cancellation of such a right by Law unless expressly accepted by Infotrans, s.l. in writing to the demanding party

The Legal Notice and General Conditions cover the complete agreement between Users and Infotrans, s.l., as stated , excluding other terms, conditions, previous or collateral, negotiations, notice of intention, promises, guarantees, commitments and collective representations, which are not expressly included in the present Legal Notice and General Conditions.
